It's cozy base for sightseeing and exploring Burlington. I loved amicable and really helpful personnel that ensures guests have a very nice stay. Convenient location as it's and right by store, Red Carpet Inn, and shops and restaurants.

It was quiet and served our needs. Very budget friendly but I wouldn't choose for vacation. We had to leave and get back to N.J. before superstorm sandy hit so I was not there for the weekend. The staff was very friendly but then again everyone is friendly in N.C.

The bed was comfortable, but the lingering smell of mold and lack of basic toiletries really detracted from our stay. The old hotel needs significant maintenance to be enjoyable.

great central spot for weekend city walks and park visits
I stayed here for a night and was thrilled to find Burlington Outlet Village just a 700-meter stroll away for some quick shopping, and enjoyed the nearby Burlington City Park Amusement Area with a lovely break between exploring the city. While my room was decent enough, the overall cleanliness left a bit to be desired but it wasn't enough to ruin my stay.

Non-smoking rooms should not smell like smoke!!! Fridges need to be plugged in before guests arrive!!! The floors should be vacuumed or mopped regularly, cleanliness is essential!!!

Friendly check-in and a great location at an excellent price stood out during my four-night stay. The mattress provided a comfortable rest, and fresh towels were delivered daily. The room did show signs of neglect. The door wasn't secure, allowing outside light to seep in, and the bath area could use better upkeep. The outside grounds were littered with debris, detracting from the overall ambiance.

Burlington's food scene is lit, especially the homemade ice cream that just hits different! Plus, the nearby Thipp's Banh Mi and Pho Cafe serves seriously delicious eats that'll have you raving. The staff at the motel were also super cordial.
Now, on the flip side, I ran into some hiccups like a rigid policy on room changes. A broken bedside lamp and a dirty pillowcase tried to steal my vibe, but I made it work!

Room was nice and clean with a large TV and a fridge. Bed was super comfy, and the shower worked well. Only had one soap, though, and the door didn't seal great-light came through the cracks. Smelled a bit off, like mold, a bummer. Decent for the price but could use some improvements.
